RefundPe respects your privacy and processes personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Data we collect

Account details (email, name), the dispute details you share in chat (company, amounts, dates, order or transaction references) and the documents generated for your cases.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service: analysing your dispute, recommending forums, drafting documents and showing your case history. We do not sell your personal data.

AI processing

Your messages are sent to AI model providers solely to generate responses. Do not share Aadhaar numbers, full card numbers, CVV, OTPs or passwords in chat.

Retention and your rights

Case data is kept until you delete it or close your account. You may request access, correction or erasure of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to amannandwani@gmail.com.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and access is restricted so that only you can view your cases.
